Our proven pledging process and close partnerships ensure that your miles are used in the most efficient way possible and that refugees are supported throughout their entire journey.
We accept pledges of airline miles and credit card points from donors like yourself. These stay in your airline account until we find a match for them so we ask that you please hold onto them until you hear from us. We’ll reach out to you when we have a case that matches your pledge.
We partner closely with refugee organisations across the UK to identify refugees and their families who require flights to their new home in the UK. We rely on these partners for referrals, case management and post-arrival support to ensure a seamless journey for the families we support.
Once we’ve matched your pledge to a case, we’ll reach out to you to coordinate the flight booking. Our specialist travel booking team is on hand to guide you through the flight booking process. Your miles will ensure a safe passage for newly arrived refugees.
