These minimum amounts are necessary to ensure your pledge is enough to book a flight for at least one person as we are currently unable to combine pledges.
Your miles are used to directly book flight for refugees flying to their safe new homes in the UK and Europe
Our proven pledging process and close partnerships ensure that your miles are used in the most efficient way possible and that refugees are supported throughout their entire journey.
We accept pledges of airline miles and credit card points from donors like you. These stay in your airline account until we find a match for them so we ask that you please hold onto them until you hear from us. We’ll reach out to you when we have a need.
We partner closely with refugee organisations across the UK to identify refugees and their families who require flights to their new home in the UK. We rely on these partners for referrals, case management and post-arrival support to ensure a seamless journey for the families we support.
Once we’ve matched your pledge to a case, we’ll reach out to you to coordinate the flight booking. Our specialist travel booking team is on hand to make the reservation with your miles, or we can guide you through the process to book the flight yourself. Either way, your miles will ensure a safe passage for newly arrived refugees.
